Student NGOs' Small Grant Awarding Ceremony
Junior Achievement of Armenia, within the framework of the USAID- funded " Entrepreneurial and Civic Activism of Young People of Armenia" program will award small grants to 11  student NGOs to implement social projects in their communities.

Throughout the past semester, as part of their business activities , the students have established and ran "mini- companies" , initiating real business operations. they have elected their managers, conducted market research , wrote a business plan, manufactured  a product or offered a service, and designed advertising and sales strategies. As part of their learning experience and CSR practice, they also allocated a portion of their  profit  to carry out  community - oriented  projects as they established their student NGOs.

100 student NGOs presented a proposal requesting 120,000 drams to add on to their program budget. A committee of 10 composed of regional representatives selected 11 student companies , one from each region. Each student NGO will receive 120,000 dram grant to implement their NGO project.

On March 12, the student will be bussed into Yerevan to the award ceremony.

Yegheg -  Syuniq Region
Vanadzor # 30 school - Lori region
Gyumri # 23 school- Shirak region
Lichq school - Gegharquniq region
Ararat village # 2 school -  Ararat region
