Ani Darakdjian joined JAA as its US Director in October 2004. Her responsibilities cover the entire spectrum of JAA’s stateside operation, including financial and program management and serving as the primary US-based interface with all external constituencies.

Ms. Darakdjian’s professional career spans corporate consulting in a variety of industries, business development, strategic planning, economic and business intelligence about emerging market countries, as well as international trade and economic development both at private firms and within the UN system.

She also has a long history of active involvement in Armenian civic and philanthropic organizations.

Ms. Darakdjian holds an MBA from Columbia University, a Master of International Affairs from Columbia, and a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
